Springtime and fresh new directions

My blog is waking up again from a long hybernation! Spring is here and our Florida sunshine and warm breezes make it wonderful to be out exploring. I've decided to change the title and direction of this blog to reflect a new passion in my life: fresh produce, fresh air, and a vibrant life! Fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds make up a huge part of what I eat and I'm always on the look out for better sources and new varieties. We've been exploring our local markets, supermarkets, online sources, produce stands and even a few local farms. I've also been doing more reading and experimenting in the kitchen. I hope to share my finds, my mishaps and what I learn in the process.
